Miracle Lemon Pie


I finally got around to making a pie with my
LEMONS

I'm happy to report that it was DELICIOUS and did not taste the least bit like chlorine.

I used this recipe for the filling and meringue.



Homemade Graham Cracker Crust

1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons of melted butter
1/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Mix well and press into 9 inch pie plate, fill and bake as directed in pie recipe.
