Bowtie Pasta with Three Cheese Pesto Cream Sauce

This is one of my favorite, easy to throw together, lunches. I often make it for myself on lazy Sundays, when Coach is at the office and the kids are too busy playing to stop and eat.

Bowtie Pasta with Three Cheese Pesto Cream Sauce

Bowtie pasta
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 T olive oil
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 T pesto
Mozzarella, Parmesan, & Gorganzola cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. Saute crushed garlic in olive oil, being careful not to burn the garlic. Add whipping cream to garlic and whisk until it begins to thinken. Add pesto and stir to combine. Now you can toss in as much cheese as you'd like to reach desired consistancy. Add salt and pepper to taste and pour over warm pasta. Serve with crusty garlic bread. Enjoy!
